No update of my policy

I'm waiting for the update of my policy!
Like most companies had the decency to inform their clients when they are on leave & especially when they commence work again, I was not informed.
I will be contacting other life insurance companies, as the previous consultant didn't bother keeping in touch with me yearly to update my very old policy that I do not benefit from the money back option.
