Unacceptable, absurd service

I have never in my life experienced such bad service from anyone or anything.

I bought a 51" Samsung TV from Game on 25 Nov 2011.
I then bought a 2 year extended warranty on the TV. Game was very happy to take my money
and assured me this warranty will sort everything out in a jiffy if something might go wrong.
The warranty cost R560 on top of the R10 000 of the TV.

Well the TV broke on 30 Nov 2013 and I took it to back to Game Fleurdal Bloemfontein
on Wednesday 04 December 2013.

I've had to make call after call after call to the so call "Customer Service" department,
no one there ever knows anything when you ask them what is the status of your product.

It takes up to 40min to find out, calling left and right until at the end they tell you, They are still busy with it.

Its been a month and 5 days now and I have not received one call from Game telling me
what the status is or when I can expect to get my TV back.

This is totally unacceptable and borders on the absurd.

I will never ever buy anything from Game again.
They are very eager to take your money and make promises, but when it comes to fulfilling those promises its a whole other story.
