Poor call center service, lack of accountability

I have purchased the Samsung Tab 3 with fnb agent and was delivered at my workplace on the 18/12 by courier arranged i followed all the procedure as per their request and till today the sim card is not activated and i am not using that tablet.therefore due to their poor service and taking me from pillar to post i've lost interest in dealing with them, Please be advised that I did not get any attention from your agents, I was just informed by email that the sim card will be activated within 24hrs on the 06/01 and still no action, slotted the sim card in the device as requested but no joy.

Please make arrangement with your courier team to come and collect it urgently because I am not benefiting anything from it
No one is assisting me since I was told by the agent named Gideon who said he can see on your system that there is a technical problem.

I am confounded by your service and unfortunately I came to a decision that the contract that I have agreed up on with one of your sales agent dated the 06/12/2013 @ 12h50 be cancelled immediately and I am disputing to pay any cancellation costs since this is not my responsibility
