I took out a contract for a Sony xperia tablet a week ago and still it was not activated. I have struggled since 28th March 2013 and was suppose to receive an email the same day to confirm the activation of the contract. Again I went to the store on Monday and they promised the sim would be activated but still nothing to date. I had to contact them today only to hear they have a problem with their system. When we collected the device a week ago the sales agent could not even show us were to insert the sim card- her excuse is that she doesn't know the device yet. Why put staff on sales that can't activate a sim or show you were to insert the sim card. I explained to the store telephonic ally today that they can cancel the contract if they don't activate the contract. Now she send me a email to state I must sign the attached documents and send it back but no attachment on the email. How can such a well known company have such a low level of service?
