After we got our money back

A while ago I posted about our case and also gave feedback that SB confirmed that we will be refunded (R14500) Although we were informed we will only wait 48hours we waited a very long 5days instead. So not totally happy with the service, we are just thankful this nightmare is over and that SB evebtually gave back what is ours. Thank you! Hellopeter is the main hero here though!
