Waiting for my Salary to be transferred to my Acc

On the 5th of June my Employer transferred my salary from Standard Bank Humansdorp to my Bank account.
I got the proof from the Accounting Department that the money was deducted from their account.
Today is the 13 of June and my money is not payed in my account yet.
I checked now numerous times with my bank but they cannot help me or search for my money.
I wrote to Standard Banks Complaint department, got promptly a answer but two days later nothing happened.
As we know from the nature of service from Standard Bank you can see how dedicated they are to service.
We have obligations to pay. We pay our accounts. But if Standard bank sits or use my Salary for their comfort we cannot full fill our obligations. If Standard Bank has the savy or the ability to understand that is doubt full.
I am going to find out where my salary is come or high water and report this to the Ombudsman and claim compensation for this joke they are playing on me.
