Didn't Sound like she wanted to help

I spoke to Rosina at the call center this morning and she didn't sound like she wanted to help at all. understandably that she deals with the same queries daily, but i should think that we sould be treated differently as individuals. I had to ask her to repeat herself everytime she said something.

Anyway, my issue this morning is about my debit orders that were returned three days after i had adjusted my account. I am told that was a system error and my problem is that there was money in the account and there is still money in the account. I would like these to be debited back to the suppliers and the returned fees reversed. I understand that i should have catered for these and i did so the following day and three days later they are revesered, it does not make sense.

I hate standard bank, and dont want to bank with them anymore. For one, there is no customer care at all, no communication with clients... nothing.
