Worst bank EVER

Standard bank is the worst bank ever, I have stopped debit orders on my account but they just went through anyway and then they charge me? I ask for the debit orders to be reversed to be told you have to wait 24 hours for it to appear in your account when other banks can reverse these right away and the money reflects. then they forget to process it so the debit orders where never reversed and this becames my problem and I have to wait another 24 hours for their mistake? they never take responsibility and do not care about their clients. I will never have a std bank account again the service is shocking.
