Call center keeps on hold for whole day

I hit a pothole while on holidays in Thohoyandou (it was raining before new year). I log a aclain on tyre as im insured for rims and tyre, I was refered to supa quick to finalise the claim, and the nearest one didn't have the right size. I drove to Midrand as I arranged with the agent, but while I was there nobody from rims and tyre pick up the fone which irritate me and the dealer, i end up went home (cape town) without assistance, now in cape im still struggling to get through call center, im always on hold until off or line cut itself
