False Promises

My wife had an accident in September 2013, Virgin Money took her car to Mini/Maxi Panel beaters in Springs and Mini/Maxi did shoddy job. they fixed my wife's car and they did not do any wheel alignment or wheel inspection even though the car had wheel damage during accident. We took the car to wheel service center and they told us the rims were bent, then we called Virgin Money raising the issue with them and they referred us back to Mini Maxi panel beaters. Mini Maxi referred us to another assessor who confirmed that the rims were bent, and they started playing hide and seek with my wife while Virgin Money made empty promised to follow up on the matter with them. The only time we had response back from the Virgin Money Insurance was when we called them, there and then they will make another empty promise to call us again. Ultimately after excessive cellphone bill we managed to have the rims replaced, but Mini/Maxi returned my our car with one new cheap tyre make instead our quality one. They also did not return tyre configuration to what it was when they received the tyre... Since then Virgin Money have made other empty promises to follow up with Mini Maxi about the tyre until now.
