After several inquiries at FNB Krugersdorp to resolve the billing problem, no helped came from them, then we involved a friend Henry to assist us in this matter, we are old and on pension, my husband is suffering from Emfisemia and I can't not walk far, as my legs is swelling. FNB Billed us with an amount of R25, 300.00 after the property was paid up, after several inquiries, they could not give us an answer, Henry then Found out that they have billed us with the amount of the policy, that was given as a colectorall for the property at that time, we sitting in a catch twenty two, we cannot cancel the policy or get the transport papers for the property, we even visit FNB at there head office coming back with no answers or solutions. we have to get a legal help now to try and resolve this problem.
