FNB refuses to refund me, robbed of eBucks

This is now the 3rd hellopeter complaint regarding me being charged a courier fee of R150 for my credit card and now there are additional issues as well.

1) Despite empty promises I have not received any feedback on either of this from FNB.

FNB escalated my courier complaint to the courier but I am yet to hear from FNB regarding a refund on the courier fee. FNB delivered my credit card to a neighbour and put me at immense risk. I am not prepared to pay for a courier fee. When am I going to be refunded?

2) I applied for my credit card during November, I should be earning double eBucks till April 2013, as per your promotion. I only received my card in December due to complete incompetence on FNB's part. Refer to prior complaints REF:237222 and 241438

3) As part of the same promotion I was promised I would receive the R135 initiation fee back as well. When the is this going to happen?

Can you incompetent call me today regarding this. Note, there are 3 issues! Calling me implies the use of a phone!

I want the full R285 refunded to me and I want my eBucks earned on my credit card spend to be doubled as per the agreement or I will change banks.
