I had an accident on 5 Nov 2013, and after many many phone calls and a cellphone bill double my usual amount the car was only taken in over a month later. The service i got from the call centre was the worst i have ever experienced. Hilgard (Claim consultant) asked me to give him a good rating on Hellopeter and luckily i left it untill the experience was finished. The repair consultant changed a few times and they never got back to me anyway. The amount of times i was told that people will call me back only to never receive a call was ridiculous. Their phone manner would be all "i realise other poeple told you they will call you back but i really wil' and then i would never receive a call. They took so long that i couldnt have my car fixed at my closest centre and had to drive all the way to Somerset West with a broken radiator to have it fxed. Nobody would help me find a closer branch of Automagic to have it fixed. In my mechanics (Same garage in Sea Point) opinion the radiator was damaged in the accident, but in the end they (Budget isurance) refused to pay for it. When i got home we saw their was surface damage to the new radiator and now it has to go back again!! Unhappy x 1000
