RUDE AND INEFFICIENT STAFFMEMBER!!!

I have applied for a loan with direct axis - but did not get the feedback as promised. I tried to phone their call centre, which has ONLY a Cape Town number. The rude female from the call centre could not even take down an ID number properly. After the 4th try she kept telling me that there is one digit too many. I then read it off in - 6 -- paused, 2 --- paused, 0 --- paused... etc. She then shouted at me - saying "Do you think I'm a baboon? " WELL, needless to say - I did not get a chance to get my reply in as she slammed the phone down on me. I just want that less-than-one-brain-cell individual to know that my reply would have been a HUGE YESSS - indeed you are a BABOON and don't deserve to be dealing with customers when you have such a RUDE personality and PLEASE get help for your dyslexia - you're dragging your employer's name through the mud WITH yours!!! It cost me ANOTHER 2 phone calls to eventually be able to leave a message for someone to call me back as I have a number of queries regarding this application. NEEDLESS to say - I am STILL waiting!!!
