No Reply to Enquiries

During February 2008 Investgold placed an advertisement in The Rapport newspaper offering a 1Ounce Platinum FW de Klerk medallion at a price of R28 000 - and a very convincing promise that the value would double in 3 to 5 years. During the second part of 2012 I sent numerous e-mails to this company to enquire about the current value of this medallion. I received "read reports" on most of my e-mails, but no reply on my enquiries. I attemted to sell this medallion through various other channels - without any success. The fact that Investgold is ignoring my e-mails leaves me to believe that I was deceived into spending a lot of money on an item that is worth no more than the value of 1 ounce of Platinum.
