MFC problems caused by Miway

I wrote my car of in 2011. Miway was responsible for all payments made to MFC when the claim was handled. They gave me good service and everything was sorted out, they said all payments have been done and I don't have to pay anything. Now 2years later in 2013 MFC keeps phoning me and tells me that I now suddenly have to pay R1300 for the accident in 2011. They didn't phone me in 2years and they said that everyhing was sorted out by that time. I don't drive that car since the accident happend. Please sort this out, I don't want them to phone me. everyday. I'm tired of companies that aren't doing their jobs
