Premium increase of 35, 6% - vs inflation of 6% max

Simple - my premium went up from R329.39 in 2013 to R 446.66 in 2014 thus a 35, 6% increase.
I phoned the call centre and the answer was that there were so much hail damage last year that the premiums went up so high--- what a lame excuse
