Premium Increase

Good Day,

I am Very disappointed by the service one is getting from Mi-way, i have been a customer for a period of 23 months and during my 23 months i have not missed not even a single months premiums or pay my premium late. I am now being told that my premium will increase without a valid reason. Could someone please advise why is my premium going up considering that nothing has changed from the past month's, my car is at low risk as its always parked at home in a locked up garage, the inflation rate has been stable for quite a while now, the car value and the balance is going each and every month slowly but surely, and i am a married guy.

Could someone who cares please give me a valid explanation not assumptions or generalising on why my premium should increase instead of decreasing bearing the above mentioned circumstance.

Please advise as to why i should continue being with My-way instead of being with other insurance competitors?
