I do not understand why i have to go into the branch to do anything with capitec!!! the token i use to log into my online banking is on MY IPHONE 4S like i told the pathetic client care agent, i updated to the new ios version 7.0.4 and restored all my apps now when i opent the app it wants a activation code!!! I AM NOT GOING INTO A BRANCH TO SIT THERE FOR FOUR HOURS JUST FOR A SMALL LITTLE CODE!!!
Please can someone useful help me and not a lazy person that keeps on telling me to go to a branch.
