OUTSURANCE Prove they lean over backward

In December I took out Life insurance with OUTSURANCE. I also had a few claims over the last 18 to 24 months due to incredible bad luck and expected a rerate of my premium. The effect on my expenses was quite big (>R1000). I phoned them to cancel the life insurance. True to OUTSURANCE nature, they accommodated me on both the Life premum and lowered my short term premium, to an amount that was less than the rerate premium! i therefore still have both facililities for less.
