Customer assist terrible service

I have applied to customer assist for a debt consolidation loan (advance loan) in November 2012, after two weeks I have followed up with them I was told my application was not received. I have at the time of applying received an email back from std bank to confirm that my application was received. In Jan this year decided to follow up again with them to my frustration still no answer or outcome. The person I spoke to though the call centre number told me that a manager would be in touch. Needless to say I have still not heard anything from them, I have also send numerous emails to the customer assist email asking about the progress of my application. This is really really bad service as I have been banking with std bank for 15year why do they offer the service if the can not deliver!!! If it carries on any longer I would consider moving all my accounts to a bank that are prepared to assist customers!
