Outsurance
Trying to cancel building cover - but no joy!

I called Outsurance to cancel my building cover on my property as I had better cover with a different insurer on the 2/3 December 2013 (ref # 24 33 71 64). I Spoke to Muzi, who told me that they had to get someone to call me back in order to process. After 2 days (5 December) I mailed him back to say no contact, and was told they have a large volume of claims?? (9 December). I then got a call on the 9th from a consultant who said she would be processing my cancellation. I mailed Muzi on the 18th to check progress and up to now have received no feedback or response from Outsurance. Can someone please get back to me!
