Our building was dual insured and prove was sent of the other insurer. Refund was arranged but obviously the refund was calculated wrong because it was only - R1300 the building cover was incepted in Feb 2011 and canceled August 2013 with Outsurance. And the other isurer which is CIA the building was covered with them from 01/09/2010. I spoke to Yolanda who said the person dealing with this will contact me within a few minutes and hours later am still waiting for a call. Also the renewal increase is sky high we had 2 claims this year which i understand why the premium must go up but not by R800, i've been claim free for over 5yrs with Outsurance and this is just a bad year, could this be reviewed as it is unaffordable at the moment. Your speedy respose will be highly appreciated.
