Surprise! a person made a difference

Hello
My wife is not a Standard Bank client, but needed to go with my son, who is, to sign surety papers for his student loan. She works nightshift as a nursing sister and was very tired. There were the usual delays so I asked if she could get a cup of tea. First I was told they only have coffee, when I responded that she does not drink coffee, the lady at the "Hello desk" left her station and went and made my wife a cup of tea!
I have never experienced levels of "how can we help you" like this before.
Small acts of kindness make such a big impression.
