Poor customer service

03-01-2014 a014 10:37 was attended 11:00 .I wanted to close the dormate Cheque account. I then asked if i would like to change it to savings. I have never used the account and charges are made of service fee. The consultant went to his manager then come advise that they will not accept a loss of other branch i must go to alberton where account was opened. I am very dissappoint and I would not want to do business with nedbank and i will not be liable for any charges.
