Pathetic Service and Horrendous Attitude

I am absolutely appalled at the level of service I received from Nedbank GreenBacks.

I placed an order for a an mp3 player from the website on the 20th Nov 2013. Delivery time stated 5 working days.

It is now the 3rd of January 2014. I have still not received the product.

I have contacted Nedbank 6 times since the order was placed.

I get the same story every time. "Your Product has been ordered, we are waiting for the suppliers and we will get back to you"

Nedbank hasn't contacted me once since the order was placed.

On top of all of this, the attitude of the staff I have spoken to is absolutely disgusting. I have never spoken to call centre staff who were so obnoxious and rude in my life.
