Old Mutual
Poor service

Hi, my problem is that old mutual is still deducting after the policy was cancelled and payout done. I reported the matter end of October and they promised to look at the matter and refund me before 24hrs. It seemes as if somebody is not doing their job, because the same thing is still happening there were deductions again in Nov and Dec..and this has caused me a lot of bank charges now in Dec as I did not have enough cash in my account. I did not think such a big company can be so unreliable..nd cause me such an inconvinience
