Iam not happy client, I took out a policy with Old Mutual last year, I took out my bank statement and noticed that thethey have been deducting twice in my account of which that wasn't the agreement and the agreement stated they deduct end of the month but to my suprise they just deduct whenever they feel to, I spoke with 1 of their representative She promised to fix it still not fixed, I then went to my bank Capitec bank I explained the matter and asked them to reverse it, so they tell me they I have to get a letter from Old Mutual of which I've been witing for it, my question is isn't did that Capitec has to look out for me? who is their Client is it me or Old Mutual?
