Poor service for credit card application

I applied for a credit card on Monday and I'm still waiting for feedback. I've been phoning and leaving messages but no response. I've been told by a client in nedbank not to apply cause of bad service and that's exactly what I'm experiencing now and im not even a client yet. I'm also shocked at all the complaints on hellopeter. Yours in total disappointment!
