2nd Debit Orde

In September a debit order went off my account. I then phoned Loan Tycoon as I know I did apply but never ever got a response, When I did speak to someone they sent me the proof which I accept but told them i never got one response from them therefore why should i pay. Thereafter they did email a few loan companies but no one who actually helped.
In the email I sent them I asked them never to deduct from me again. Suprise, Suprise I had another debit order deduction round about the 27th Dec. What frightens me is that I will have to close my bank account. I have now been emailing them from the 27th to date and have had absolutely no response neither are they answering their phones. PLEASE THIS IS A WARNING TO PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO DONOT READ FINEPRINT PROPERLY. I THOUGHT THAT I ONLY HAD TO PAY IF THEY ACTUALLY APPROVED A LOAN.
