Loan went off for Jan a second time

Good morning! I'm truly dissapointed in fnb this morning! On the 13th my loan paymnent went off I logged a complaint and the money was paid back 3 days later! On which it was debited again on the same day! I left it like that! As this is my payment for January! This morning it went off again! My debit for my car must still go off today but fnb just debited my loan for januarty again! How does that work! Please have someone contact me I need that money back in my account before 12 o'clock tonight as my car payment still needs to be debited from my account! Trust to hear from you soon! Regards
