AGAIN!!! Really!!! Ridiculous!

I Have a temp loan with FNB which I failed to pay back already last year. I therefore have made payment arrangements with the lawyers and pay every month towards the loan. On Saturday morning money was transferred into my FNB account and 1 hour later FNB decided to take the R2110.00 as payment towards my short term loan. I am very upset about this. I know how it works and once money gets transferred into your account you have till the next day to take it out before FNB takes it as repayment for the short term loan. So why on earth was my account debited an hour later and my money taken from me??? This is not the 1st time FNB!!! Just like last time you messed up I want to be refunded immediately!!! This is shocking!
