Promises kept AGAIN

After being collided with from behind & asking Outsurance to recover my excess, I received a mail to say they had recovered, it and a notification from my bank indicating they had already paid it in!
I believe in full disclosure to Outsurance on all insurance matters.
I have never been disappointed.
It has been many years now.
