"Good day Sir/ Madame

I would like to express my disappointment towards Jeremiah working at Outsurance Call Centre.

As a customer It called the Outsurance Customer Number about two months ago, spoke to Jeremiah, who indicated your system was off-line. He requested my cell number and promised to call me back.

To date (on the last day of 2013) still no call? Personally I wonder what would have happened if it was an emergency or a claim? This time round I just wanted to bring more business to your organisation. I just wanted a quote on another product.

At this point in time I am having serious concerns about the day when I will urgently need your assistance. I hope you will be able to respond and address this matter."

I tried logging the above mentioned report as a complaint on OUTSURANCE website... I was denied the opportunity due to the fact that the system labeled this report as vulgar... and it could not be submitted???
