Double deduction

In October i took out aloan of R3000 from bridge loans off which a once off repayment of R3694 was deducted from my ban account in November, on the 20th December another deduction for the same amount went off from my account and when i queried i was sent a payback form to complete and sent back which i did on the same day and i was informed that my money will be refunded within 5 working days.today it's the 5th day and when i sent a follow up email to their client service i got a response from Precious Mampa with a different story that refunds take 7-10 working days. i am very upset as i need the money to pay my daughters school fees and i cannot accept this run arounds when they are suppose to process refund for the mistake that happened from their side. i need a commitment that the refund will be processed on the 5th day as per the first commitment from their employees (Lerato Selepane) today to appear in my account tomorrow
