Debit OrderThis

A settlement qoutation was recieced which I accept, After a long struggle the debit order for the amount of R10202 went off on the 27th. I was told that a confirmation letter will be sent to say that the account is settle. On the 30th another amount of 10167 went off by debit order??? I really dont know why Fnb is doing this??? Someone is playing around and not doing their job. This is unacceptable!!!
