ABSA's bad service renders on corruption!

Recently I had been the unfortunate home owner of a triple break-in into a rental house of mine. ABSA "Insurance" took months to be able to finalise a report on the matter, after I suffered great financial loss. The report came out falsely that the house was unoccupied for more than 60 days, thus they were not going to pay out. After I have told them to reconsider as their accusation was false, they did, with the same result, they used Loss-Limit assessors. I pointed out to the man from Loss-limit his fault as well, but to no avail, as they must surely get an bonus should they turn down a claim of more than a certain amount. If this was the only bad service I got from ABSA lately it would have been not so bad, but twice now there has been illegal debit orders going off from my business account, the second time it was so bad that I had to close the account and reopen another, you can realise that I had to change debit orders and the rest of it, ABSA just told me they were a "third" party. I have complained about the issue of my insurance claim, we will see what the outcome of this would be, if not favourable, I will promise to try and make this a headline in the SON/Argus newspaper!
