1 cent is the difference

I applied for a home loan through Ooba. I supplied them with all the required documentation. Only to get a response from standard bank that there is a one cent difference between what is stated on my payslip as to what was put into my bank account.

Because of this they required "Letter of explanation from employer as to why december nett on payslip corresponds to november salary paid in account, and the reason for the 1cents difference."

I requested that Ooba try and contact a supervisor. Dephine was contacted (ref 872252) and her response was that these documents are a minimum.
