Shocking service ridiculous!!!

Made an agreement with fnb to finish my loan 1500 a month starting end September 2013, lawyers phoned me for settlement which was around 7500 over 3 months no deductions but the 1500 upon enquiring today bongiwe radebe no respect nothing rude says it's my fault u never had enough money in my account but I had more than enough I told her she can check my account I always had money, besides them not telling me I'm in arrears and sending a message out the blue to say they will send sheriff of the court to my house handing me over without first following process because I never had a problem paying even after I didn't work and made an agreement of 700 a month which they didn't say it's only the interest I'm paying, this is my bank my wife and I both left standard bank for this??? Disrespect it's not my problem that they didn't deduct their money my reaponsibillity is to make sure there is sufficient funds not to make sure the debit system works I had the money in my account it's not my fault that you didn't deduct the money bongiwe radebe I'm into entertainment not debit deduction software and technology!!! My bank is letting me down my wife and I should move!!! So disappointed
