I have an agreement with capfin that they deduct R480 on my bank account on the 28th of every month, this month they deducted on the 13th, I lodged a complaint and said they sent me an sms on the 9th and that means I automatically authorised the debit, and that's how all financial institutions roll these days including her personal bank and there's nothing they can do about this matter. Capfin then responded to my hello peter complaint saying "investigations were done and the matter solved" which was a complete LIE. I then reversed the money as it wasn't meant for them but to pay my brothers school fees. I got paid on the 20th and other financial institutions debited and Capfin decided not to debit on the day as per initial agreement, now I receive sms's saying payment wasn't received Its their own ignorance and professionalism that lead to this and therefore shouldn't send me all these stupid sms's as I gave them my banking details to debit their money and leave me alone.
