On 30 October I wrote a complaint regarding Capfin and how they promised to rectify my younger brother's account. They still have not fixed the issue, even though the money was paid in full as they requested. His account was debited and now he received another sms telling him for Dec Debit order will take place on the 13th of Dec. Why are they still debiting for a loan that was never given/paid back? He paid back the money in full, yet they are still continuing as if the loan is still effective. COULD SOMEONE RECTIFY this, as it is creating a lot of anxiety and stress for my family.

We received an sms telling us that the loan as repayed in full. So why are CAPFIN still continuing to debit my younger brother's account as if he has not paid the money???

On the 4th of Nov we received confirmation that the account was closed. So why are we still getting debit orders???
