Sick of having to pay for their mistake!!

I signed a contract for my monthly instalment of my loan to be deducted on the 28th of every month. After numerous months now, Nedbank sees fit to assume I get paid on a certain day and deduct 8days before my salary is deposited into my account, resulting in bank charges of R138 for this deduction!! I have contacted numerous times to make sure they only deduct the 25th, as this is when I get paid!!! Not before, ON THE 25th!! How hard is this to understand?
I have sent statements through showing how they deduct before they should and how this results in extra EXPENSIVE bank charges and still nothing is being done!!
I want to be reimbursed for this incompetence that continues, as I am tired of paying the price.
