Waiting for a Month still no respond back

After waiting for 2 hours for them to pick up the phone, they said they will send some one out to come and have a look at my roof that fell down. They did not send anyone out untill I had to go in Absa and phoned them again to said that theirs life electric cables. They send someone out just to remove it and left all the rubble on my grass. For 2 weeks. Then i had to phone again to ask when are they going to remove it? After all this they still havent replace my roof and i am still waiting...
