Bad experience with Discovery

Joined Discovery ins on the 1 of October 2013, technician came to install DQ track on the 8 of November upon installation they tempered with the nop opening the bonnet, after 3 weeks i realise the bonnet couldn't't open, phone the call centre to report the matter, tech was sent out couldn't fix the problem advice the someone will call me for alternative arrangements, 4 days passed nobody called. Phone the call centre again another tech was sent out to the house this time, discover that the nop was broken, took the picture advice will report the matter to the office, waited to no avail TILL TODAY!!!
With the bonnet not opening, i had to go and spend my money for the problem to be fixed, be in mind this problem was due to DISCOVERY Ins installing the unit.
Honestly i have lost trust in Discovery insurance, what will happen if i had to claim something bigger than this?
