Terrible and rude service by Joey

I have been depositing coins at the bulk teller in ABSA for many years and this is the first time i have a problem with depositing coins. They have always requested the coins to be packed in a bag as a R1000 so that it is easier for the tellers to check. All of a sudden a lady by the name of Joey, who is supposed to be the supervisor tells me they do not accept it this way. On top of that she was rude and said that i am wasting the time of the tellers. They never accepted the deposit and i had to go back home and pack it the way SHE wanted it. So i did that went back today and she has the cheeck to come back and mouth me off again and saying that i should rather use a coin company for my deposits and that she would like to speak to the owner of the company (so do i look like a bum, what makes her think that this is not my company... yes i am the owner i explained)... she further went on to ask the teller how often i come there, because i am wasting their time.
If she is to lazy to work, then i think that she should rather leave work.
Her attitude stinks and she should not be representing any company!
