I was upgraded to the FNB Private Client Banking from Premier Banking about a month ago and ever since then I have received ZERO service from FNB. I applied for a FNB PC Credit Card through Tania Berimbau & Dominic Moloto on the 11th December. I had to hound them to get a response and finally got a response on the 19th December in a form of a SMS that the card was not approved. I have since sent multiple mails to them, tried calling their numbers, called the PC call centre and spoke to a manager there who had escalated this matter to their manager. It is now the 28th Dec and I am still waiting for a reply on this! I am charged almost double in banking fees with the move and am getting next to zero service. This is not acceptable!
