Trying to and recieve UCount rewards

When trying to register via Internet and finalise user account. The system on Internet keep on saying not registered, phone customer service. When speaking to customer service they do NOT sort out the problem! Due not phone back or resolve the problem!
SO we cannot use or receive rewards due to the VERY bad service.
