Once again Standard Bank disappointing

Again Standard Bank has made it extremely difficult for me to get money from my notice account.
It has been well over a month and i have not received MY MONEY.
I keep getting different turn around times re the release. i put notice the 1st & 2nd week of Nov for the entire amount because i want to trnsf it to my new bank and even that is a challenge.
I hate Std bank. I never knew i could be more disappointed in them then i already was but ya well done guys you did it again.
How must i budget when i can't trust you to give me MY MONEY when u are supposed to??
Even changing my telephone no is challenging!
You make me feel like you depend on the money in my notice acc because always getting is is a task

After 12 years of being with this disgrace/joke of a bank even leaving it is a mission.

So glad i have a new bank acc with a bank that values it's customers.
The sooner i close my accounts when the money comes out the better.

YOUR LACK-OF SERVICE IS DISGUSTING; ATROCIOUS; PATHETIC to say the Least!
