CLAIMS NOT PAID

I took Hospital Cover in 2010 and has no claimed since until i was admitted on the 19-23 March 2013. then i was sent all over for document which i managed to collect and submit. i then waited for the 15 days after reciept of document then during that period i was told my claim was declined. the communication between them n myslef was not great interms of feedback but that was not an issue until they told that my i wasnot suppose to hv been admitted for more that 3 days i have the letter with me i can forward on request. i'm still very confussed since i was not the one who asked to be admitted and icouldn't hv discharged myself.i thought they cover the they days we spend in hospital this is such a ripp off been a client since 2010 and i never claimed it was legit and withing the law but ejected and i can't even tell the next person what hapenned. thought the insurance companies have improved and the sad thing most of my policies even investment are with sanlam but the treatment i got from them is rather pathetic wish it was the last time i was dealing with them. i sent an email escalating the matter to internal complains on the 14th but still no response no idea what to do anymore
