I went to a Meyersdal Branch on the 11/12/2013 to fill up an application for surrender and brought along supporting documments as advised by the call centre, I handed them to customer service the lady that was assisting me came back to say she's not getting any fax report but she has faxed them and she gave me back my documments because she claimed to have send them, following day (12/12/2013) I phoned their call centre only to find out that no forms were received and she provided me with an incorrect fax number and outdated form, I had to refax and email them myself, everytime when i phone the call centre to get an update i get told different information one lady said the money shoud reflect in my account on the 18th and the latest should be the 19th, on the 19th when I phoned again I was told the 26th and latest should be the 27th, today money is still not in my account, when I phone for an update again i get told another different date and that the form was only received on the 13th. I have an emegency and in need of that money is not my fault that the branch never send the form in the first place.
